Frequently asked questions

To track your package, simply click here and fill in the required information. To do this, you need your order number, which you will find in your order confirmation email, and the date on which you placed your order. You will then be able to track the progress of your order in more detail.

If you have not received your tracking number, it is for one of the following reasons:

1) An error has occurred in your email address, so you could not receive your order confirmation email with your tracking number.

2) Your order confirmation email with your tracking number is in your SPAM, or in another tab of your email box.

3) You may have deleted the order confirmation email, in which case it is probably in your inbox.

In any case, if you do not know your order number, please contact us on our contact form, our team will send it to you as soon as possible!

If you have received your order with missing items, there are two possible reasons:

1) We sent your items separately due to weight, size, or stock availability. We thank you for your patience, the rest of your order will arrive shortly!

2) The rest of your order has been lost by the carrier, in which case we invite you to contact us via our contact form.

Please note that in 90% of cases, missing products are delivered on average 3 to 7 days after the delivery of the first item.

If your product is faulty, we apologise. We will do our utmost to solve this problem by exchanging or refunding your product as soon as possible. We invite you to send us an email on our contact form.

If the item you have ordered does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it to us. To do so, you can contact our customer service team, who will explain to you the steps to follow to return an item: Contact form.

Delivery & Order

When we receive your order, we prepare it within 24/48 hours. Delivery is made within 15-30 working days. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?

With our secure delivery, our shop will take care of all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense if the parcel has been lost by the carrier.

If you have not received your order within 7 to 30 days, we recommend that you contact us by email so that our team can resolve the problem quickly.

Cancellation & Return

If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email. Our team will correct the error as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order without any problem. To do so, you just have to send us an email. Our team will cancel your order and refund you as soon as possible.

If your item is damaged, or you simply want to return it because it doesn’t suit you, and you received it less than 14 days ago, just send us an email. Our team will explain the return and refund procedure to you.

Payment & Security

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, American Express, and many others. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please simply contact us by email. Our team will explain how to proceed.

If you have contacted our team to request a refund due to a problem, or cancellation of an order, and we have issued your refund, we will have written to you to inform you that we are proceeding with the refund.
